Project Manager

The project manager is part of the Engineering & Project Management department and is responsible for leading customer-oriented warehouse and supply chain projects externally as well as internally. These projects are mainly focused on implementations of new customer requests and optimizations of existing solutions.

Here’s a glimpse of what you’ll do

•Ensure the preparation and implementation of project specifications, project plans, monitoring of projects' deliverables, including risk and budget management.

•Leading project meetings.

•Managing project members (and or workstream leads) to complete projected deliverables on time.

•Intensive consultation with the internal and external customer regarding the results to be achieved, budget and lead time.

•Consultation with stakeholders such as BD, account management, IT, Engineering, Operations.

•Report and monitoring / progresses / troubleshooting /risk mgt. of the projects, needed by the different steering committees.

 
What you’ll need to have to be successful in this role:

•Minimum Bachelor education, preferably in the direction of Logistics Management or Technical Business Administration.

•Several years of experience as an Engineer or Project Leader in a logistics environment.

•Broad knowledge and/or experience regarding logistics business processes and concepts.

•Strong organization skills combined with project management experience.

•Effective English communication skills.

•Analytical, result-oriented, and balanced.

•Tactful, environmentally aware and a team player.

The Engineering & Project Management department provides support for various customer-oriented implementations and optimizations of logistics concepts and processes. Expansion of activities requires a Logistics Project Engineer/Lead. You will be a member of the site Engineering team and report to the Manager Engineering & Project Management.

Continuous improvement lead

The Continuous improvement Lead (CI lead) is part of the PMO & Engineering department and reports to the Business & Operations Excellence Manager. As a CI lead, you will play a crucial role in identifying, analyzing, and implementing Lean process improvements within our warehouse logistics operations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and optimize our internal logistics processes.

We are looking for a 2nd line Service Desk employee. You quickly understand the issue and patiently explain solutions. Within the IT Infra team, service takes place for installation and incident management of workstations, networks (LAN/ WAN), Wi-Fi, scanners, telephones, and printers. This is done partly in cooperation with various corporate support departments.
