Project Engineer Lead

The Engineering & Project Management department provides support for various customer-oriented implementations and optimizations of logistics concepts and processes.

Expansion of activities requires a Logistics Project Engineer/Lead. You will be a member of the site Engineering team and report to the Manager Engineering & Project Management.

 

Here’s a glimpse of what you’ll do: 
-You will be managing a small team of Engineers / System Experts ((+/-8 FTE).
-Assign team resources to projects or CR’s and balance workloads to optimize team efficiency.
-Provide technical expertise, guidance and support for (complex) engineering problems.
-Independently manage smaller projects and participate as an active member in larger projects.
-Have regular 1:1 meeting to evaluate and provide constructive feedback on performance, development, training needs.
-Conduct team communication sessions when required.
-Gather feedback from stakeholders to guide team efforts and improvements.

 What you’ll need to have to be successful in this role:

-BSc or MSc level (Logistics Engineering / Supply Chain Mgt. or equivalent).
-Large work experience as (project) engineer with a solid knowledge of Warehouse Mgt. Systems / logistics processes.
-Good managerial qualities to lead, coach and direct a small team.
-Analytical strong; structured; critical thinking.
-Good knowledge of MS Office Excel (Visio / AutoCAD is a plus).
-Good communication skills in English and (preferably) Dutch.

The Continuous improvement Lead (CI lead) is part of the PMO & Engineering department and reports to the Business & Operations Excellence Manager. As a CI lead, you will play a crucial role in identifying, analyzing, and implementing Lean process improvements within our warehouse logistics operations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and optimize our internal logistics processes.

Project Manager

The project manager is part of the Engineering & Project Management department and is responsible for leading customer-oriented warehouse and supply chain projects externally as well as internally. These projects are mainly focused on implementations of new customer requests and optimizations of existing solutions.

IT Infra 2nd line Service Desk Employee

We are looking for a 2nd line Service Desk employee. You quickly understand the issue and patiently explain solutions. Within the IT Infra team, service takes place for installation and incident management of workstations, networks (LAN/ WAN), Wi-Fi, scanners, telephones, and printers. This is done partly in cooperation with various corporate support departments.
