IT Infra 2nd line Service Desk Employee
Here’s a glimpse of what you’ll do
• Install, configure and manage hardware and software mainly focused on printers and scanners in our warehouses
•Troubleshoot incidents, escalate where required, ensure timely resolution
•Log and monitor ServiceDesk (ServiceNow) tickets and keep users informed
•Ensure documentation of local processes and procedures
What is required for this role
•Education level at least on MBO-4
•At least 1-year prior experience in a similar role
•Experience providing excellent customer service in person, remotely and globally
•Some experience with networking infrastructure
•Knowledge of Windows 10+ OS
•Basic experience with Active Directory (Users and Computers)
•Basic MS Office/365 Troubleshooting Skills
•Good analytical and problem-solving skills
•Proactive and service-oriented work attitude, hand-on mentality
•Driving license (locations in Venray and Venlo)
•Fluent English and or willing to learn)
